Terms of Service

By accessing or using connectgrow.in (the "Website") or engaging Connect & Grow Logistics to arrange freight forwarding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Connect & Grow Logistics is a pure-play freight forwarding company. We arrange ocean freight forwarding (FCL/LCL), air freight forwarding, LCL consolidation, project and break-bulk cargo forwarding, freight documentation and booking support, and cargo insurance facilitation, acting as your agent in dealings with ocean and air carriers, customs authorities, and other third parties. We do not provide customs clearance, inland transportation, or warehousing services directly.

Quotes provided through the Website or by our team are estimates based on the information you provide and prevailing carrier rates at the time of the request. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing and are subject to change based on carrier rate adjustments, surcharges, cargo re-inspection, or changes to shipment details. A confirmed booking is subject to space and equipment availability with the relevant carrier.

Freight charges, duties, and any applicable fees are due as set out in your quote confirmation or invoice. Late payment may result in delayed release of cargo or documentation, and we reserve the right to exercise a lien over cargo or documents in our possession for unpaid charges, to the extent permitted by law.

Connect & Grow Logistics acts as a freight forwarding agent and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, does not act as a carrier. Our liability in connection with any shipment is limited to the liability of the underlying ocean or air carrier under the applicable bill of lading, air waybill, carrier tariff, or international convention (including the Hague-Visby Rules for ocean freight and the Montreal Convention for air freight, where applicable). We are not liable for delay, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, third-party service providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our services are provided subject to our Standard Trading Conditions, which take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your cargo, including its description, weight, volume, value, and any hazardous or restricted characteristics. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipment complies with all applicable export, import, and customs regulations. Connect & Grow Logistics is not liable for delays, fines, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms or tracking tool.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any account not belonging to you.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Connect & Grow Logistics name and marks, is the property of Connect & Grow Logistics or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website.

Connect & Grow Logistics is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including port congestion, carrier strikes, natural disasters, war, or government action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise (including in respect of shipments arranged through our Dubai, UAE entity, Connect and Grow Logistics FZE LLC).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
